Nationwide residential property values have continued to gradually increase according to the QV index for February. Values are up 1.1% over the past three months, 2.9% up over the past year, and are now 2.9% below the previous market peak of late 2007.

The QV price indices for December show that New Zealand residential property values continued to gradually increase, rising 2.4% over the past twelve months. Nationwide values are now 3.5% below the previous market peak of late 2007.

The QV residential property index for November shows that nationwide property values have continued to gradually increase. Values are now 1.7% above the same time last year and 4.0% below the previous market peak of late 2007.

The QV residential property index shows that nationwide values increased in June, driven largely by the Auckland market.

The results of the latest consumer survey of the New Zealand housing market carried out by PropertyIQ in the QV.co.nz newsletter shows little change from the last survey in December 2010.
