Personalised logins
- With your own personalised login you'll be able to personalise your homepage and reports.
- You can manage your properties and workflows.
Advanced Search
- One smart advanced search makes searching for multiple properties easy.
- You’ll be able to type in a suburb and see all the properties in that suburb or all the properties on the market in that suburb. You can then refine your results.
Creating a Current Market Appraisal (CMA)
- You'll be able to create CMA's faster with our easy to use CMA builder.
- It's easier to select comparables and customise your content.
Refining search results
- Easily manipulate search results to only show properties that meet your criteria.
- You can apply filters such as capital value, floor and land area.
One line address search
- Locate properties faster with our one line address search.
- You can search by street, suburb, Territorial Authority, owner and company name, legal description, and valuation reference.
Saving
- Save your favourite searches and property lists to your login only.
- You can easily turn these lists into reports such as "My Watchlist".
How do I start using the new iAdvise.co.nz?
To be able to use the new iAdvise.co.nz you’ll need to have created a personalised login. You should have received an email asking you to do this. If you haven’t received an email ask the administrator of your iAdvise.co.nz subscription to send you an invite to create one.
When you login to iAdvise.co.nz you’re given the option to login to the new site with your personalised login or into the old iAdvise.co.nz with your ‘Z’ or ‘A’ login. You need to enter the personalised login that you’ve created into the login box on the left hand side like in the example below.
What is a personalised login & how does it work?
A personalised login is a login that is personal to you. You get to decide what your username is eg first name. last name, and your password. Everybody in your team will have their own unique login.
Training & support
The new iAdvise.co.nz is easier to use, but as the changes we’ve made are BIG we’re providing plenty of support.
To help you with the move you’ll be able to:
- Attend an E-Training session – these will cover different topics, each session will be about 45 minutes long.
- Watch an online tutorial video – these will be located under the help menu. All of the videos are less than three minutes long and focus on different topics.
- Read a Quick Start Guide – these guides are one to two pages long and are designed to get you started.
